Slight Interruption During Bible Class

Well, as you may or may not know, I teach a preschool Bible class (see my other blog if you're interested — http://bibleclass.blogster.com/).

This morning class was going along great except that my 2 year old didn't want to participate in anything.  That was okay with me, I just continued with the other kids.

About half way into class he comes quietly over to where we were (sitting on the floor) and sits in my lap.  I kept on doing what we were doing.  All of a sudden he threw up all over the two of us.

Thankfully I have a child that is leary of staying by herself and her grandmother was in there with us.  She was able to take over the class while I cleaned us up and headed for home.

You may be asking yourself how he is doing.  He's walking around blowing into a recorder, ate almost a half sleeve of saltine crackers and acts just fine.

Enjoyed reading your blog. I’ve also got 6 and been homeschooling for 14 years. I think we’re both in it for the long run! :) I ‘ll have to remember you and come back to visit often.

    Blessings,

    Deb

Parker is not too far from us, it is north about an hour! If you ever get down this way as a family, just let me know, ok?

Thanks for stopping by to say hi. Wow, 6 boys! Bless your heart. Well, maybe there will be some grand-daughters some day to sew for!

I will be back to read more of your blog, it looks great!

    Have a wonderful week,

    Nancy

Been there, done that, so I can laugh. :)

Not at church, though … just in the car, at the grocery store, in bed, in the rocking chair … it’s weird when they throw up and then they’re all better. It’s like, What was THAT all about?!

    Blessings ~ Diane
